Marty, a native of Charlotte, North Carolina and President of Charlotte Insurance began his insurance career in 1990. After graduating NCSU with a B.A. Degree in Business Management, Marty went straight into the insurance business.
In 2016, Marty co-founded Charlotte Payroll with brothers Erik & Jeff Schriber.
